You must be at least 21 years of age to register or use jlgm's platform. This requirement is mandatory under PAGCOR regulations applicable to all online gaming in the Philippines. Age verification is enforced during registration.
Each individual may hold only one active jlgm account. Duplicate accounts, shared accounts, or accounts operated on behalf of another person are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
jlgm operates under the oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All gaming activities on jlgm are subject to PAGCOR regulations, and disputes are governed by Philippine law and PAGCOR jurisdiction.
All promotional bonuses and free spin awards offered by jlgm are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Bonus terms — including minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods — are published in full for each individual promotion.
Fraud, money laundering, collusion, use of automated software or bots, exploitation of software errors, and any attempt to manipulate game outcomes are strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate account termination and reporting to PAGCOR.
jlgm supports GCash, Maya, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, and other Philippine payment methods. All funds are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Withdrawal processing requires completed KYC verification. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timelines are defined in Section 8.

Definitions
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:
Refers to the website jlgm.asia, all associated subdomains, the gaming lobby, mobile-optimized web interfaces, and any application or service provided by jlgm through which gaming and betting services are delivered to Users.
The individual registered user account created by a User on the jlgm Platform, through which the User accesses gaming services, manages wallet balances, and interacts with jlgm's offerings.
The internal balance associated with a User's jlgm Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP), representing funds available for wagering or withdrawal subject to applicable verification and conditions.
Funds credited to a User's Account by jlgm as part of a promotional offer, welcome bonus, reload bonus, or any other incentive program. Bonus Funds are distinct from real-money deposits and are subject to specific wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating and licensing gaming operations in the Republic of the Philippines, under whose framework jlgm operates.
The identity and age verification process required of all Users under jlgm's compliance obligations and PAGCOR regulations, involving submission of government-issued identification and other required documentation.
Any country, territory, or jurisdiction where accessing or using online gaming services is illegal, restricted, or requires licensing that jlgm does not hold. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the jlgm Platform complies with the laws of their jurisdiction.
Acceptance of Terms
2.1 By accessing the jlgm Platform, registering an Account, or using any service provided by jlgm, you irrevocably accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement, jlgm's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms and Conditions, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
2.2 If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the jlgm Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
2.3 This Agreement applies to all Users of the jlgm Platform regardless of the method of access (desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other supported interface). jlgm does not offer a downloadable application; the Platform is accessed exclusively via web browser at jlgm.asia.
Eligibility
3.1 To be eligible to register and use the jlgm Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout the duration of your Account:
- You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
- You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
- You are not located in, or a resident of, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
- You are not an employee, director, officer, or close family member of an employee or director of jlgm or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or gaming service providers.
- You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jlgm or by any applicable gaming regulatory body including PAGCOR.
- You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by jlgm for violations of this Agreement.
- Your use of the jlgm Platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction of residence or access.
3.2 jlgm reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension pending verification.
Account Registration
4.1 To access real-money gaming services on the jlgm Platform, you must register an Account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including, at minimum: your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, email address (where requested), and a secure password.
4.2 You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate, and up to date. You are obligated to promptly update your Account information if any details change. jlgm accepts no liability arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.
4.3 Each individual person is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the jlgm Platform. The existence of multiple Accounts belonging to the same individual, whether discovered contemporaneously or at any subsequent time, constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. In such cases, jlgm reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any Bonus Funds associated therewith.
4.4 jlgm may refuse registration, close an Account, or reverse any transaction where it reasonably suspects that the registration or transaction is fraudulent, made in bad faith, or made in violation of this Agreement or applicable law.
Account Security
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlgm Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party.
5.2 You accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your Account, whether or not such activities were authorized by you. jlgm will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
5.3 You must notify jlgm immediately via Live Chat or email at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your Account or any security breach affecting your Account credentials.
5.4 jlgm strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (OTP via SMS) on your Account. jlgm implements session timeout, failed login protection, and login location monitoring as standard security measures. However, jlgm is not responsible for security vulnerabilities arising on your device or network.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
6.1 As a PAGCOR-compliant gaming operator, jlgm is required to verify the identity of all Account holders. KYC verification must be completed before a User may withdraw funds from their Wallet. jlgm may also require KYC completion before processing deposits above specified thresholds.
6.2 KYC verification requires the submission of the following documentation:
- A clear, unaltered photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (accepted forms: Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) PhilSys ID, UMID, Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, Voter's ID, or PRC ID).
- A selfie photograph of the Account holder holding the submitted identification document.
- Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account name matching the registered Account name) where required by jlgm's compliance team.
6.3 jlgm aims to process KYC submissions within thirty (30) minutes during standard business hours. Complex submissions or submissions requiring manual review may take up to forty-eight (48) hours. jlgm reserves the right to request additional documentation if the submitted materials are insufficient for verification purposes.
6.4 All KYC documentation submitted to jlgm is processed and stored in accordance with jlgm's Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173).
Platform Use
7.1 jlgm grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jlgm Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
7.2 The jlgm Platform is available twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, subject to scheduled maintenance windows and unforeseeable technical disruptions. jlgm targets a platform uptime of 98.4% on a rolling twelve-month basis but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
7.3 All games available on the jlgm Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are available within the platform and are published by the relevant game provider. jlgm does not manipulate RNG outcomes or game results.
7.4 In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or system failure that results in an incorrect game result, jlgm reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager amount to the User's Wallet. jlgm will not honor any winnings generated as a result of a demonstrable system error or malfunction.
Deposits and Withdrawals
8.1 Deposits
Deposits to your jlgm Wallet are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) only. The following payment methods are accepted:

8.2 Withdrawals
8.2.1 Withdrawal requests may only be processed to payment methods previously used to deposit into the same Account, to the extent possible. jlgm applies this requirement as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance framework.
8.2.2 Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are subject to change. KYC-verified accounts benefit from expedited withdrawal processing. GCash withdrawals for fully verified accounts are processed same-day, typically within four (4) hours of request submission.
8.2.3 jlgm reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for withdrawals exceeding threshold amounts or where unusual activity patterns are detected on an Account. This may extend processing times.
8.2.4 Funds representing active Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until the wagering requirements have been satisfied.
Bonuses and Promotions
9.1 jlgm may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, or other promotional incentives to registered Users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside the promotion and may differ from those set out in this section.
9.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all jlgm promotions:
- Bonus Funds must be wagered the required number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn as real money.
- Only wagers placed using Bonus Funds count toward Wagering Requirements, unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.
- Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Specific game contribution percentages are published within each promotion's terms.
- Bonus Funds and any associated Wagering Requirements expire within the period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
- Maximum bet limits apply when playing with Bonus Funds active. Placing bets exceeding the maximum may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
- jlgm reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being credited to a User's Account.
9.3 jlgm reserves the right to cancel or withhold a bonus where it reasonably suspects that the bonus is being abused, exploited, or obtained through fraudulent means, including but not limited to the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated wagering, or other bonus abuse patterns.
9.4 Each promotion is subject to eligibility criteria specified in the promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are intended for recreational players. jlgm may limit the eligibility for specific promotions based on a User's gaming history, loyalty tier, or account status.
Gaming Rules
10.1 Each game available on the jlgm Platform is governed by the specific rules published by the relevant game provider within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and this Agreement with respect to a game outcome, the game-specific rules shall prevail.
10.2 Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game or table are displayed within the game interface prior to placing a wager. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable limits.
10.3 All game outcomes determined through jlgm's platform are final once a game round has concluded and a result has been generated by the certified RNG system. jlgm will not reverse game outcomes except in cases of verified system malfunction, as defined in Section 7.4.
10.4 For live dealer games, decisions made by the live dealer are final, subject to any applicable dispute procedures published in the live dealer section of the jlgm Platform. Technical disconnections during a live dealer session do not automatically entitle a User to a stake refund; jlgm's technical team will review the specific circumstances of each reported disconnection.
10.5 jlgm's sports betting section is subject to additional specific rules governing market settlement, in-play betting, void events, and dispute resolution, which are published within the sportsbook section of the Platform.
Prohibited Conduct
11.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlgm Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account termination, forfeiture of Wallet balance (including real-money funds where permitted by applicable law), and reporting to PAGCOR and/or law enforcement authorities:
- Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration, KYC, or at any other time.
- Registering or using multiple Accounts.
- Using the jlgm Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place wagers, or manipulate game outcomes.
- Exploiting any error, bug, glitch, or vulnerability in the Platform's software to gain an unfair advantage.
- Colluding with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games.
- Conducting or facilitating any form of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity through the Platform.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the jlgm Platform.
- Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the jlgm Platform or the gaming experience of other Users.
- Making chargebacks or reversals on deposits through your payment provider in bad faith.
- Transferring funds between Accounts or facilitating such transfers on behalf of others.
Intellectual Property
12.1 All content on the jlgm Platform, including but not limited to the jlgm name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and other materials, is the property of jlgm or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12.2 You are granted a limited license to access and use Platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without jlgm's prior written consent.
12.3 Game content displayed within the jlgm Platform is licensed from third-party game providers and remains the intellectual property of those providers. Use of such content is subject to the relevant provider's licensing terms.
Responsible Gaming
13.1 jlgm is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is a form of entertainment and must not be used as a means to generate income or to address financial difficulties. If gambling stops being enjoyable, it should stop.
13.2 jlgm provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from your Account dashboard:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps that take effect immediately upon configuration.
- Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly loss caps that automatically pause gaming activity when reached.
- Session Time Reminders: Receive in-session notifications at intervals of your choosing to track gaming time.
- Reality Check Notifications: Periodic pop-up notifications displaying your net session profit or loss.
- Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict your Account from deposits and gameplay for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your Account from all gaming activity. Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours and are irrevocable for the elected exclusion period.
13.3 To activate responsible gaming tools, log in to your jlgm Account and navigate to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming. Tools may also be activated by contacting jlgm's 24/7 Live Chat support team.
13.4 jlgm works in alignment with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework and encourages Users who may be experiencing problem gambling to seek assistance through appropriate Philippine support channels.
Limitation of Liability
14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlgm shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the jlgm Platform.
14.2 jlgm's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you to your jlgm Wallet in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14.3 jlgm makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device and network meet the technical requirements for Platform access.
14.4 Nothing in this Section shall exclude or limit jlgm's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
Account Suspension and Termination
15.1 jlgm reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after request.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
- Discovery that you do not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
- Self-exclusion activation, whether initiated by you or as a result of a third-party responsible gaming referral.
- Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority.
15.2 Upon termination for breach of this Agreement, jlgm may, at its discretion, withhold any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real-money balances in the Wallet at the time of termination for non-fraud-related causes shall be returned to the User's verified payment method, net of any legitimate outstanding deductions, subject to applicable law and AML procedures.
15.3 You may close your Account at any time by contacting jlgm's support team via Live Chat. Account closure requests are processed within forty-eight (48) hours. Any remaining Wallet balance will be returned to your verified payment method following completion of all applicable checks.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
16.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
16.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and jlgm. You may initiate the dispute resolution process by contacting jlgm's support team and submitting a formal written complaint.
16.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days of submission, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution channels, which are available to all players of PAGCOR-regulated operators.
16.4 For disputes that cannot be resolved through PAGCOR's channels, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
Amendments to This Agreement
17.1 jlgm reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. Changes to this Agreement will be communicated to registered Users via email notification to the registered email address and/or via a prominent notice on the jlgm Platform.
17.2 Continued use of the jlgm Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Agreement. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the amendment takes effect.
17.3 The date of the most recent revision to this Agreement is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. jlgm recommends checking for updates at least once every three (3) months.
